Today sucks! I am resting but not really feeling it. I wish i had time to go to the gym and complete my run, but my day is fully booked. I will jot what i ate throughout the day.I had  2 servings of fiberone with fat free milk and one serving of tropicana orange juice. a cinnamon raising bagel...

You've done really well to take this first step. Most people never admit to wanting to get into shape. You've got a good frame on your and will look amazing when you hit your target weight and build, you don't look that bad now, a lot of people start out way worse.

Your not bad shape. Keep the calories under control mainly from sugar and keep the protein high. This will ensure you safe muscle and burn fat. Looking good so far. Keep up the cardio or add in circuit training, its a gr8 way to burn fat and get fit and toned
