Bizzy Diet

Wednesday I start the Bizzy Diet.  Need a little change up plus I really want to see the muscles that I have grown.   I think I can stay on task!  It is only 21 days so I am going to go hard and fast!

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

1800-2000 calories

Current nutrition is about 70-10-20 (pro, carb, fat).  Calories are about 1700.  I am about to go fully into the maintenance phase to gain some more carbs and fats in my diet as I increase my workload in the gym.   Protein is at the level I want it to be.

2 Caps MP CLA, 1 Scoop MP Combat, 1 scoop Assault at wake, 4 caps MP BCAA

1 scoop MP Combat, 4 caps MP BCAA, 3 scoops MP Creatine post workout

1 scoop MP Combat mid morning snack

2 caps MP CLA Pre lunch

Envy and Mastery

My goal is to become the envy and the go to guy in the gym for success.  To be able to compete in any sports or athletic adventure that comes my way.   I take exception to those who treat me with disrespect or don't give me an explanation as why they treat me the way they do.   It fuels my ambition to get on the stage to say look at me now!  You should have stuck with me till the end...fake people, continue being that way...I will crush you with kindness and my physique.   I also take exception that people less fortunate taht me can do better than me and I try everyday to live up to the body that I have and to use it to its full potential.

Laaaren03 Hey sorry for the late response. Hope you had a fabulous holiday. Mine was pretty darn busy. Been training hard lifting heavy but remembering to rest. Been increasing my muscle mass. I'm pretty exciuted about that. I have a show in mind that I may or may not compete in. I feel that I could be ready in given time but my husband and I may have other goals that could potential prevent training. So we'll see :-) Jan 3, 2013 11:46am

funlibrarian Yes, I really like the Shred Matrix!:) I am going to try two this morning instead of one to see how it makes me feel. Seems to be just right with one though (I don't take much of anything, so the effects are significant for me usually). Things are going well! Are you still doing any of the Musclepharm stuff?... MsLovetolift lol I generally increase my fats later in the day as I decrease my carbs, somewhat... I've been on an eggwhite veggie kick for dinner these past few nights, prob about to add a yolk to it tho for my fat.
