Wednesday I start the Bizzy Diet. Need a little change up plus I really want to see the muscles that I have grown. I think I can stay on task! It is only 21 days so I am going to go hard and fast!

Current nutrition is about 70-10-20 (pro, carb, fat). Calories are about 1700. I am about to go fully into the maintenance phase to gain some more carbs and fats in my diet as I increase my workload in the gym. Protein is at the level I want it to be.

Envy and Mastery
My goal is to become the envy and the go to guy in the gym for success. To be able to compete in any sports or athletic adventure that comes my way. I take exception to those who treat me with disrespect or don't give me an explanation as why they treat me the way they do. It fuels my ambition to get on the stage to say look at me now! You should have stuck with me till the end...fake people, continue being that way...I will crush you with kindness and my physique. I also take exception that people less fortunate taht me can do better than me and I try everyday to live up to the body that I have and to use it to its full potential.
