My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I've been in shape before, not shredded or anything, but I had a low bf% and was kind of cut. The key is to stay consistent, but also changing up your routine. I like doing moderate weight isolation exercises in the beginning of a program and after 3-4 weeks I add heavy compound exercises for another 3-4 weeks. After the first 8 weeks of that I start to do lots of reps with light weight and then I start over or just add in plyos.
It's worked in the past for me, but I just didn't eat right so didn't change my body to it's full potential.
For cardio, I do 30 min. light cardio after weight training and some days I do boxing.
STAY CONSISTENT, BUT CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE.
