My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Stay consistent.

I've been in shape before, not shredded or anything, but I had a low bf% and was kind of cut. The key is to stay consistent, but also changing up your routine. I like doing moderate weight isolation exercises in the beginning of a program and after 3-4 weeks I add heavy compound exercises for another 3-4 weeks. After the first 8 weeks of that I start to do lots of reps with light weight and then I start over or just add in plyos.

It's worked in the past for me, but I just didn't eat right so didn't change my body to it's full potential.

For cardio, I do 30 min. light cardio after weight training and some days I do boxing.

STAY CONSISTENT, BUT CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE.

CABoxer5623 Anybody know how to accurately use the digital FatTrackII calipers? I got em from here. It says i'm 13%bf. No way in hell I am 13%bf.

funsize3 abs are hard because they require a strict diet for me. i dont remember the last time i had fast food. and i cut carbs, a lot, when i did that they came out more. i get carbs from fruits now but in my post workout shake. hiit + weighted core exercises + diet. proteinpow.com how some good recipes that look sinful and tosca reno has a book called "the eat clean diet" i bought Jan 17, 2013 9:33am

hshokunb Thanks!...you can put whatever you like in the burrito bowl (as long as its clean food). I like chicken/tilapia/shrimp/steak, lettuce, black beans, corn, verde salsa, regular salsa, low fat cheddar, and greek yogurt substituted for sour cream. Yum! Jan 10, 2013 3:42pm
