Friday: Group Core Class then full body, free weights and machines.
Saturday: rest

I'm looking for a more stable nutrition program, but here's what I have so far:
Meal 1: Two eggs and protein shake
Meal 2: Tuna fish sandwich and peanuts
Meal 3: Lunch: chicken salad or varies
Meal 4: Protein bar
Meal 5: Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich and protein shake (right right workout)
Meal 6: Dinner (varies)
