Dear C1othes, I live in the Boogie-Down myself and I am very interested in joining a gym I can afford. These are tough times and my desire to bulk up and procede to remain fit is one of my many goals for the year. Where is it that I can go near home and I'm not looking for a fancy place where everyone has other intentions than to work out at. I don't want to be at a place where girls are walking around in tights. give me a hollar....God Bless your accomplishments..
its just a matter of getting in a routine of doing legs every week. Once you start its not as bad, anyways keep up the hard work, you are looking super lean.
whole lot of deadlifts and instead of doing biceps i would do a burn out of pull ups or t-bar rows and then do biceps
do a whoel lot of pull-ups, wide and hammer grip
Thanks! If you're looking to bulk up, my only pointer I can make (based from experience) is to eat up to 6 lean protein meals throughout the day. This constant food supply is sure to get slapped on to your muscular frame in a very good way.
