Review: In my opinion the best tasting gainer out there. The product is loaded with good carbs, and high in protien. One of downsides (which very well could be an upside to other people) is that it has creatine monohydrate and glutamine already mixed in. The reason I consider that a downside is because I used a different creatine supplement at the time in my prework mix and mixed my glutamine at a different time of day than my gainer shakes, so it made it difficult to methodize (if you will). Rating = 8 for great taste, high carbs, high protien / minus 1 for creatine add in / minus 1 for glutamine add in. -Tank

Review: Nothing fancy just L-Glutamine, but the brand is respectable one and they offer fair prices compared to some of the other companies. Good for muscle repair and also aid in the production of fast growing cells (such as immune system), so its good for the body when under stress in the gym and if you are sick because the body sometimes does not produce enough glutamine (for usage) in demanding times. Review: PRO's - Great as a prework formula. There is a reason they won so many awards. Great for pumps. I am not taking any kind of supplementation right now and I am just experimenting with food instead. Recommend this product for anyone looking for great pumps and a good overall preworkout formula.
CON's - I really want to lower my rating for the product because of this (but I can't) - BSN does a horrible job at independently labeling each individual ingredient. For those of us who take dosages seriously, calling the BSN hotline every time you alter your intake is extremely annoying! If you don't take it that seriously, thats alright, just drink it and explode! -Tank
