Im back on bb.com and bodyspace consistantly.. im back here to get my motivation back and motivate others
prowriststraps.com is where i got mine from and its a really good company.. they have a spot on there for rating on how much weight your benching vs what wraps to get.. get the 24" ones with thumb loop..
the 24" wraps give u just enough extra to run it up your forearm as a cast if you need to at all.. most guys prefer them over the 12" wraps
