Why i love bodybuilding. YOU are the only one to blame on sucess or failure, it takes 24 hours a day 7 days a week of commitment IN and OUT of the gym. Half ass efforts means half ass results. 99.9% of people on this planet arent willing to sacrifice and bust their ass everyday for the smallest improvements...its a mental toughness that most people dont have. its a slow life long journey not a quick fix.. thats why i love bodybuilding

Breakfast, shake with pb and oats 500 cals

Lunch, chicken or tuna veggies, or a sandwich 500 cals

mid afternoon, chicken veggies 500 cals

supper same as breakfast, cause this is after my workout, gets protein in me quick

bedtime cottage cheese and pb. 500...
