How I Started:
I woke up one morning with my gut getting to comfortable on my upper thighs and I got ill just seeing that.
Why I Love It:
More energy, feel much better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
The ladies. J/K I have had the gut for over ten years and I don't ever want it back.

I have already lost a lot of the gut and I have tightened muscles in the arms and chest area.

I have spent the last 3 weeks getting ready for a 12 week dedication to my body. I have set up times and different workouts through the week. Plus, I set up a meal plan that I hope suits me. So 8:00 in the morning starts a new era. Heres goin.....
