DH1990 Hey, thanks for the comment. I sacrificed a bit of muscle being in a calorie defecit and hitting CV hard. My routine and diet are in my first Bodyblog I think, so check that out. If its not I'll type it up for you. My BF% dropped around 10% (maybe a little more!), as you can see I was holding a fair bit of fat.... Nov 4, 2011 2:32pm

clangsta have never had a problem with it personally. Even if I have to fit them all in to one meal i can easily chew down 3000 calories in one go and that is why i like it. Would come down to personal preference tho. Oct 24, 2011 7:14am

JOSEF RAKICH Yes somewhat, meal frequency and nutrient timing is irrelevant for improving body composition so i just eat whenever sometimes i dont eat for 6 hours sometimes i eat 3 meals withing 2 hours. Oct 9, 2011 3:13am

RMStateOfMInd 1 minute cool down - easy pace ..after workout eat well, with the diet containing predominantly protein and carbs .. this is so you fuel your body to replace the energy lost rather than your body having to adapt to you not fueling it and dipping into your muscle protein stores .. which is why most people lose muscle when they do cardio. RMStateOfMInd Here's a navy seal interval training .. 1/4 mile warm up.. 5-10 minutes lower body stretching 1/4 mile sprint with a 60-90 second jog repeat 5 times 1/2 sprint with 2 to 3 minute jog and repeat 3 times Jul 1, 2011 12:05am

clangsta Hey Brandon, thanks man! I just lift heavy and stick within calorie maintenance, thats' pretty much the only way to do it.
