Lifting in the evening is a great way to get rid of the work day stress!!
I have found that I am at my best working out after I get home from work. I have tried it in the morning but the motivation level is just not there. I am not concerned with the stresses durning the day anymore becuase I know that when I come home, none of that matters anymore and before you know it I have completed an awesome workout and have no more worries.

My supplements are a key ingredient to my goals.
Currently I am using a Whey Protein which really picks me up throughout the day. I also use N.O. Xplode which is great becuase it is a combination of most all of the important supplements and it even came recommended by my doctor. I also follow all exercise sessions with Glutamine capsules. Things seem to be going good.
Hello to all of my friends and followers. Just wanted to say that I am still here. I haven't given up on my goals. I just haven't had time to be on here. Been keeping really busy with work, exercising and family. Getting ready for a chance of a lifetime trip with my daughter. Well it has been a struggle. Haven't been on line much with tax season ending and health problems. I am still trying to move forward but I have been dealing with allergies and back problems. My spine is compressed and pinching the sciatic nerve. I have been working to get it resolved before I get to far behind. It is killing me so I haven't been able to exercise much for the last week. Well it has finally come. The end of my 12 week transformation challenge. I will admit that I had my doubts about finishing but it is a really nice feeling knowing that I did.
