MoroWolfe Best of luck to you! Trying to put on lean muscle is a b****h and half. Have figured out a beast of a routine, get started in the morning :D my main stumbling block now is ny diet. I'm a ridiculously fussy eater and with a possible lactose and or gluten allergy it might be even harder :( but I'm working on it and will hopefully get there soon :D Feb 21, 2013 8:05pm

I play some Pro Beach Volleyball, so I'm training for this upcoming summer season but rehabbing my knee right at the moment it's all messed up! Do you still play at all?
