How I Started:
I was tired of being tired. I wanted to like my body for the first time in my life and I can actually say that I do now.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it has helped me with all my self esteem issues. I have always had low body self esteem issues. I think alot of it had to do with ahving a baby at such a young age.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivatated because it's something I have to do. Plain and simple.

Excellent question. The answer is no, you're not wasting your protein. Your body needs a certain amount of grams of protein a day in order to build and/or maintain it's muscle. Granted on the days you workout you need a little bit more, which is the protein your body needs right after a workout. You want about 1 gram per pound of your body weight. So if you weigh 120 pounds. That's 120 grams of protein a day. Make sense?
