ButterCup75 Had a productive weekend: Did abs, cardio and rested on Sunday. Not too happy my butt got smaller but sounds like I got some squats to do!

cisco.oquendo83 Yeah take a whey protein isolate after a good workout, the muscles will absorb the protein quicker. Take a casin protein about an hour befor a work out. Casin protein is a slower aborning protein so than way your body will start absorbing the protein about the time your working out. It will help burn off the unwanted fat Apr 10, 2012 10:22am

cisco.oquendo83 Hey we are in the same group, I read your question and just wanted to answer it, to begin with a body transformation the first thing you want is to decide what your goal is, than simply start small, work on your diet, make it consist of all lean meats, tons of veggies and fiber, protein. When you work out don't be scared of the weights (women don't pack on muscles like men) you can lift heavy. Remember to do cardio everyday.
