I retired from the military 4 year ago and totally fell of the fitness wagon. I have gained 30 pounds of bodyweight but I am sure it is worse than that because I have lost so much muscle. I need to get to 175 pounds and get healthy again.
Goal (Long):
Make exercise and good eating part of my daily routine.
I am off to a slower start than I had hoped but I have dropped some weight. Have not hit the gym to lift yet but I have been doing abs and using the treadmill almost daily. This morning was my weigh in and to be under 210lbs was a real positive.
