Thank you so much for saying that I am an inspiration. Looking back on it now, the whole cancer thing was nothing more than a bump in the road of life as well as a "wake up call" to not take anything for granted, especially when it comes to one's health.

You hit the nail right on the head about being hyprocritical to teach the students about fitness if the teacher was out of shape. I live by that mindset daily and that keeps me motivated. My Instructor is 62 and in much better shape than I am. Keep up the good work bro.

Things are wonderful...always. All you need is a heavy bag, some foot and hand gear, and you can just whack away at the bag for a while. Better than a treadmill and you'll burn calories twice as fast.
