Workout Plan
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2011 12:42pmThe workout plan I will be using is Kris Gethin's 12-Week. I testing out 2 of the beginning days. But my god, that was some hell of of a workout, my muscles hasn't ached for such awhile. I miss that feeling. The only 1 thing I am gonna change in this plan, is the use of supplements. I will not be using supplements excepts vitamins and protein, whatever I can afford. As for the meal plan, I'm currently working on that part.
Gonna start this on Monday Jan. 2nd 2012
