Right after knee surgery. I didn't realize I needed to lose the weight until it was gone I loved/still love sports but I lacked in diet knowledge... 170-180 lbs.

Just continued to carb cycle and lift weights. I got very lean. Not a sustainable weight but it was encouraging to see that I could push and go that far. State MAO pageant... 125 lbs.

Almost solely running and a 1200 calorie diet - grapefruit and canned tuna/chicken (blah). Not fun... 140-150 lbs.

Lots of 5am cardio + lifting workouts and constant clean eating/ carb cycling... 133.2 lbs.
