Ur good on all the questions. 30-80g of carbs (it's killer). At the moment I'm cycling on a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio (carbs to pro). Nothing crazy. Just trying to stabilize my body after going so long so low. I'll let you know how it goes. When I'm cutting I cycle on Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm trying to get my head straight and set some real goals! How are you doing? We gonna make it through December unscathed by holiday foods? LOL. Hope all is well!!!

OUCH. Yea that'd set me back too. Diet is so clean it's hard to get enough fats in. Carb cycle right now. chicken, brocc, too much tilapia, oatmeal, fruit (mango usually) and powder. It's killing me in the weight room so I'm thinking of upping the cal. We'll see. How bout you? How are you doing on your diet?

Hey there. How are you doin? I'm right with ya on the blog. I've moved in with my parents to save some money but they eat crap all day. For years, my dad has been running 8 miles every day, swimnning at lunch and on weekends - gone for hours on a bike so he eats a lot like Michael Phelps which is horrible for my mom cause she can't see how large of a factor diet is. Keep at it and we'll both get their!!!

You look awesome!!! Yea couldn't hold off the weight. It came back in a flood and now I'm on the way back down. I feel like Oprah! hahaha. It was my first time pushing that low so I made some mistakes that I learned from. I'm def finding out that I'm not the only one to feel retarded about the diet. I'm back on board though now. 100% and PUMPED. How have you been doing?

Training is great. I'm loving it. The diet though is killing me! Too much fish for me. I'll toughen up here in the next couple weeks. How are you doing?

You look awesome! I have recently had similar struggles! After my last comp, I too went through the time when I thought I could eat whatever I wanted, train and still look good. 3-4 months later I had gained 40 of the 60lbs lost. I'm now working my way back down and while it's excrutiating, I know there's no bluffing when said there's nothing but sweat and clean eating to get that self satisfaction! Congrats to you and your boyfriend on your win and keep it up!

I'm being retarded on training right now because I'm just doing cardio. I just moved so I am holding out to join a gym but am so ready to get back to the weights. I still haven't decided what to go after next (NPC Figure or Bikini). The problem is I have this real affection for training my arms and when I start to look at these bikini winners like Marzia... they've got noodles for arms! LOL.

Best of luck on the job hunt! It's ridiculous right now. That's awesome you have a boy that'll support you but I totally know where you're coming from on the roomies that eat junk. It makes it so hard. Initially I got on Nutrisystem to get down to around 165- 155. It helped because then I had options for breakfast but I didn't have to think about macros/calories or prepping meals. I was in and outta the luring kitchen... It was a great building block. Just expensive!

How's it going? Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm back up and running now though... Anyways- front squats and deadlifts are my favorite leg builders combined with HIIT for cutting them up. Front squats really helped with separation as well. Let me know how your quest for a supp/modeling contract is going. I'm trying to go down the same path but I don't even know where to start!
