I've played sports my entire life. Every sport you name it... lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, golf, rowing, swimming (the list goes on forever). The ultimate ADHD I guess.
Throughout high school I was BMI overweight but played on. D1 Rower in college and leg pressing over twice my weight but I still looked awful in a bikini.
Longer story, short... I had knee surgery in the summer of 06 and I decided to start hitting the gym and learning about nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I love going to the gym and being the only girl in the free weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, BB.com, friends.
I don't drink, smoke, party, do drugs or chew gum so that gives me a leg up on most kids my age. ;)
BB Accomplishments:
I lost over 60 pounds in about 11 months.

Right after knee surgery. I didn't realize I needed to lose the weight until it was gone I loved/still love sports but I lacked in diet knowledge... 170-180 lbs.
Just continued to carb cycle and lift weights. I got very lean. Not a sustainable weight but it was encouraging to see that I could push and go that far. State MAO pageant... 125 lbs.
I would love to be a fitness model! Eat healthy, train hard... consistently. The body will follow.
Goal (Long):
Been all over the map in weight here lately so I'm trying to find a happy medium of nutrition and exercise. Something viable for the long term. I'm at a fork in the road at this point. I can go figure or bikini so I'm letting my training do the talking.
So I just got back from my competition. Yep I've gained a lot of weight in less than a week. If you think about it though the time span that I've been dieting goes back over a year. I started at 170-185.
The past couple days I've just loaded up on bread, some choc, sodium and had a...
Sounds really good! With your cycling how many grams do you cycle with? I've never done carb cycling before, sounds like it might be a good option for me (sorry for all the questions).
