My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Run/Walk to get back into the groove of cardio.
Good Morning Everyone,
I am learning as I go, but one thing is for sure that when it comes to cardio, my favorite is running. It helps me get back into a positive attitude. So far this week I have accomplished going five miles with running at a 6mph pace and walk at a 15% incline (MAX on treadmil) at 3-4mph. Generally, I try to do a set of twenty push-ups followed by a set of an ab exercise. I don't have a gym membership right now, because I can't deal with people just yet and I have no money.
