Day 1: Incline Bench Press, Flat Dumbell Press, Cable Cross-Overs (high rep), Rope Pull Downs
Day 2: Deadlifts, Lat Pull Downs, Seated Row, Standing Barbell Curls
Day 3: Squats, Dumbell Shoulder Press, Shrugs
- 20 minutes of light-medium cardio before lifting.
- Abs about 3 times per week.
- 45 minutes of hard cardio twice a week. |
