I swear I didn't know my back looked like that. That's one of my weaker muscle groups so I have to say I'm rather pleased. LOL had to take the pic behind my head because I'm so tall, I kept taking pictures of the back of my head at first.

Biceps used to be one of my stronger muscle groups. I still got SOME definition there, but I got some fat there too.

Taking a little time off of everything except cardio and squadron PT. Doing a great job of not gaining it all back. Rare picture when my abs are completely relaxed. Not too bad.

Well this batch of progress pics was difficult. I watched a lot of areas improve but watched my abs start to flatten. I slacked off for a few weeks or did certain workouts when I felt like it. Now I'm paying the price. I've been going at it hard again for almost 2 weeks and have a new set of goals. Wish me luck.
