That's good to hear. I've been workin' pretty hard myself. I went to the gym yesterday and had Scott curls as part of my workout. By the time I was done my arms barely wanted to move anymore lol! Anyway, keep up the good work.

600 pound leg press huh? That's impressive! I usually struggle at that weight and can only do it 8X. No wonder you can't keep a workout partner lol! Good work. Keep it up!
