I want to weigh 225 pounds and have 5% Body fat next Spring Break. My Deadline is March 15, 2009.
Goal (Long):
In the long run, I would like to live a healthy lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to eat, sleep, and train better. I want to take control of how my body looks and what I put into it. By March 2009, I want to be 225 pounds, with 5% Bodyfat. It would also be kind of cool to have a top profile one day...haha
Chad, stats don't lie, already looking huge! May 2009 be the year of the many Challenges, Chances, and Changes, don't loose your aim in school, keep pumping heavy and smart. Happy new year

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
