Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to weigh 225 pounds and have 5% Body fat next Spring Break. My Deadline is March 15, 2009.
Goal (Long): In the long run, I would like to live a healthy lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to eat, sleep, and train better. I want to take control of how my body looks and what I put into it. By March 2009, I want to be 225 pounds, with 5% Bodyfat. It would also be kind of cool to have a top profile one day...haha
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 3%

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
