My Workout Program

 My plan is creating my own trainings schedule and system. Using whatever inspiration will offer me. For cardio I use also kettlebells and indian clubbells and now and then grappling.  How fast I can grow my muscles is not the point...it is about building quality and keeping away from a tunnel-view with regard to Bodybuilding which is the centre of the sport I do.  Eating healty meanly  strict  with place for a sheatmeal now and then.  There has to stay fun in all doing this.  Getting a healty and muscalur body with a strong endurance capability.

Bumar created a new BodyBlog entry "on shedule".

Workout is continuing. The left forearm is giving much less trouble but it is still there. So my exercises are leaving that piece of body out  as much as is possible.  Leg workouts seems to have become heavier.  Directly after the BB full squat I do a very heavy leg press  up to 150kg.  Yesterday I found a mix for my shoulder which made me feel my shoulders afterwards clearly in stress.  First standing lateral raise, and then a superset of  Shoulder press... It is pity I have to say this.  But I get annoyed by this website. When I log in and I click on My dashboard  I am directed to a white blanco page. I have to go back  and again click on my dashboard  then I am directed to  a error notice  "oeps  something went wrong...."  I have to go back again and again click  my dashboard and finaly I get to My dashboard ( but the page with the error message can also return another time).   Well that... Bumar created a new BodyBlog entry "some info".

  The tennis-arm is stil there..  Last week I only did 2 workouts.  As I wanted to start the third some friends asked me to join them to cut dry wood in their forest for the open fire for the wintertime.   Well I was pleased to join them and I stayed there from thursday to friday.  We have done a lot in this time.  Great fun.  And I could get my workout with the ax.   I am just always working at home behind the computer.
