I lost a ton of weight by working out in 2005 at a Gold's Gym, but then I moved out of town, joined a bad gym, gave up on training and gained all the weight back like a jackass. Ready to re-dedicate myself to transforming from fat to fit.
Why I Love It:
Feels great after a tough workout. Great sense of accomplishment when you can see the changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Determination not to quit.

OK, so after 2.5 weeks on the bb.com plan, I've decided to switch over to the similar Body for Life plan. BFL is recommended by several people I've met and it has a proven track record. So for the next 15 weeks I'll follow it and hope the results reflect those of the people on the book...
