Fit Status:
Just been able to restart some light training, hopefully get the all clear soon!!
On and off I've been bodybuilding for years, but something always crops up which prevents me from working out - work, injury, blah blah!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of the way it makes me feel! After a workout I feel on top of the world, I love looking at the results of my hard work and I love showing it off too!
How I Stay Motivated:
I hate the way I look when I let my training slip, so I just look in the mirror - it gives me all the motivation I need to keep going!

Goal (Long):
When I look in the mirror I am nothing short of disgusted... I have a huge belly, thin scrawny arms, too many chins and not a muscle worth noting...
I can't go on the way I am - my Wife has just given birth to my Son and I don't want him to grow up with a fat Dad who is too un-fit to do anything with him.
I used to be in great shape when I was younger, I used to do a bit of boxing and bodybuilding on and off but its about time I buckled down and got myself sorted...
I've been having Physio on a knee and back problem for a year now which has meant I can barely workout at all, but I hope to get the nod soon and then work my ass off!!!
Why? Cos I'm not old, but I'm no spring chicken and OLDSUPERMAN is living proof that BB isn't necessarily a young boys game!! He proves that its never too late to make a difference... Thank you...

I do 30 minutes of low-medium cardio (Treadmill or eliptical trainer) before breakfast, anywhere between 3 and 5 times a week, depending on how tired or sore I am?!!
My gym routine is as follows:

I think the D4 Extreme would be a good, It helps suppress your appetite, gives a real kick up the ass during your workouts & importantly increases your ability to burn calories! NO extreme is also good for lean mass gains, but if losing fat is your primary goal, D4 would be a great start! There is a weight loss stack available, but that all depends on personal budget.

I'm doing good baby steps of course. I'm also struggling with some shoulder problems and yesterday I had and MRI. So I'm also eager to hit my shoulder hard but at the moment I'm waiting for results
hey there m8 sorry i ant messaged back my internet was broken, ye i thought it was a little to much(4 me anyway ha) i just do a simple old school 5 day split. 2 body parts a day 3 exercises per bodypart and ive had some good results with it. it might not be 4 u but u might see a couple of bits you want to incorporate into your own? have a look anyway its on my profile page!
theres still plenty u can do with free wieghts for now though isn't there? its goin ok im still stickin with it n not missin. how about u? have u made any good progress?
