Getting there but the lungs are still tight. Cardio may be another week off but i gotta lift. I cant stand not going to the gym. Whodathunkit. Diet definately needs to get back on track. Comfort food is no longer appealing.

You are the "Evil Genius" down to 289# cant remember how long it has been. I have to make new belt. I hve gotten to the end of the notches

All i cn say is drink plenty of water and STRETCH before going in there especially the calves. It will wreck you if you have the right instructor. Had one that played Garth Brooks and i think i was going hrder than he was. Ask the trainers who is the roughest. You will love it

Well you look great none the less. my wife said the same thing and even used your legs as a reference as to where she would like hers to be.

I dont doubt tht you could but man you wwould have to really gain alot of weight. With your height i would say you would need to be like 400+ lbs.

I am on the same plan as you. I was no stranger to the weights when i started but the combination of this program is something i had not done before. I agree 100% i was so sore it wasnt funny. I have seen some pretty amazing results for me. 3% BF and 7 lbs 1 belt notch and more motivation that you can imagine. Stick to it it is deffinately worth it. Good Luck

As dumb as it sounds i found out tonight that if cut them instead of peel them they tste better. Maybe its in my mind.

Thanks, Down 3% BF from about 9 months ago. Gonna call it the starting place. 7% to my goal. May get past that even. Thanks for the help and support
