Thats good to hear. I'm burnt out a bit fridays usually leave me feeling drained. Way to much time infront of a computer plus today has been stupid people day in the legal office so I have really exercised my talents at keeping my mouth shut and not saying some things. I'm just ready to go to the gym. Its my happy place.
aww I really appreciate that :) Tell her I said thank you very much! One tip I can give about how I started seeing definition in my legs are from doing a lot of core/balance exercises. It puts a lot of work on my legs haha.
I am proud haha, but work is never done! Still got a ways to go before I can reach Steve's level and the rest of the gods and goddesses hahaha :) Keep on working hard too!
I received my 2nd cortisone injection today. I hope that I can get some relief from it.
As for my rehab, it really isn't going all that well. In fact, I am seriously thinking about auditioning for the Biggest Loser next season.
it's tough to stomach grapefruit the first few days isn't it haha? I felt the same way when I started with Steve. He suggested sprinkling a little splenda on it then gradually stop with the splenda. :) That might make it easier for you, I never did that though and just kept eating it straight (LIKE A BEAST!) lmao. BEST OF LUCK!!!

Thanks bro..if you have any troubles, you can drop the proportion sizes with each meal and once your metabo speeds up, you will want every bit of it..

wow, I don't know soft tissue injuries (other than having a few to my shins) but I hope you are doing well in recovery. and you carry the weight really well, great job.
