My father had a stroke on Christmas and my mother take him into the hospital so my siblings, their families and I got together to save Christmas. So interesting is seems descriptive enough.

I've been good. My work out schedule has been a mess with holidays,School and my father having a stroke,but I'm definitely ready for the new year. How about you?

lol Well,I hope I'm right too. Honestly When I was loosing weight I went the sneaky way by adding muscle which increased my metabolism. I eat a lot of food rich in protein and carbohydrates and I still loose weight. I'm not worried about the holidays I'll try to bulk up a bit more though before Christmas. :P

30 to 60 minutes of stationary bike as a warm up then switched it up with a small hike. Jumping Jacks, Running, jumping on boulders, yoga, palates, running up and down hills,punching bag,speed bag,and working on my ground game for MMA. There are a few I missed. Anyways,if you keep working out in your PJs your gonna have to start taking your progress pictures in them.

lol I'm not sure what to say other then that I'm good. lol My day went well I ate some pasta tonight it came out well. Um I split some logs at a Fire Station . I got called an ******* by my mom. I took a shower. lets see what else.....
