DUH, I should have looked at your Workout Program. Silly Me! About how I schedule in workouts, I make it a priority, which means sometimes I am in workout clothing all day long!! Sometimes if I have two runs and one weights workout, I will change my workout clothes 3 times a day but still never get "real" clothes on. I mostly wear workout clothes and PJ's. Hehe. ~Missy

Hi Justin..this has NOTHING to do with fitness but I was trying to remember were I heard "Bulkathos" before..so I wiki'd it and DIABLO!!! Ah the good old days of Diablo2x. I probably had 10 of those rings spread out on all characters/accounts...Ty for the friend req again, and never hesitate to give me a holler. ~Missy
I can honestly say that to be an example to others is one of the best ways to spur your own motivation to be your best! It will reinforce where you came from and how much work and effort you have invested. Nothing makes you appreciate how much you are capable of more than others acknowledging your hard work and dedication.
Justin, thanks for the friend add. Man, you have done some serious work over the last couple of years! 76 pounds down and counting. You most certainly could inspire others. Post those progress pics and show the world how it is done. Great work and keep on moving forward!
right now im training for the police physical test when i'm done with that i'd like to see just how strong and fit i can possibly become ! of course ill have to let go of my cookies for that... :P
