RosietheRiveter great so the appointment went well, turns out I just have to do some stretches regularily. I also asked what I can do for my posture, and he gave me a really good stretch to do, and a new excercise I can do when i'm at the gym :) Gonna be annoying to have these leg cramps for a few more weeks but at least I know its alright to do excercise Jun 7, 2010 2:08pm

RosietheRiveter If so, I definitely don't stretch every day. I think it must be caused by a previous injury from a while ago, but feels a bit different. I must have done some weighted squats incorrectly or something. Jun 6, 2010 10:49pm

RosietheRiveter oh wow yea I haven't been working out properly because of my legs, but the good news is that I set up an appointment to see an osteopath this upcoming week. Hopefully they'll find out what the problem is. I've been doing a lot of work on upper body, which is why I posted the new profile photo and gallery pic Jun 4, 2010 8:59pm

sewinsane91 well what I meant was that at first I pretty much starved myself. or ate foods that weren't healthy at all. and I never worked out.... at all lol then I found out how to make healthy choices and how to workout heavy and lose weight. Thanks again. good luck to you May 28, 2010 8:01pm

deathrunner Good attitude! I could only work on my legs and abs when I threw out my shoulder but I kept it up with cardio as well. Didn't work out as much as I'd like to during that period but don't give up. May 5, 2010 10:54am
