How I Started:
My friend became interested in working out and joining a gym. This was a catalyst for me to start changing, and now I keep going, despite him not going anymore.

How I Stay Motivated:
When I first started I was motivated by a desire to not be the fat guy anymore. Now, motivation just comes naturally. Now I'm motivated by the depression and guilt I feel when I skip days, and by the desire to get in there and better myself.
Monday: Chest and Back.
Tuesday: Cardio.
Wednesday: Legs.
Thursday: Cardio.
Friday: Arms, Shoulders, Traps.
Saturday: Cardio OR whatever I feel needs extra work OR Rest.
Sunday: Rest.
