nai burziq nachin shte otneme nai malko 8 sedmici i ne e mnogo lesen. ama e dosta prost da se spazva i az tva ispolzvah. 250-300g protein 50g carbs i okolo 120g fat za 13 dena i vseki 14 den qdoh 800g vuglehidrati.

thats not right 900$ for 12 months. this only pay 200/year here and i make 10more than i would in bulgaria.

nice but i dont think bodybuilding is very famous in bulgaria. Never seen a protein supplement there but maybe it is better now

if you can do more than 6 reps on wide grip chins ditch the pull downs but if not do both, do as many pullups as you can for 5 sets and 5 sets of lat pull downs 12-15 reps.

thanks, i do alot of pullpus 10-15 sets of 10-12, deadlifts, bb rows, pullovers, and cable rows.
