How I Started:
The sport grew on me through family and friends. I also have been in the martial arts for the past 22 years.
Why I Love It:
It promotes good health and good self-image.

I read mags, watch videos, and research my goals and accomplishmets of similar individuals.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
We both work out, so we both look good, train together often, both involved in martial arts, and sex is better. ;D

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
My fitness has helped my parenting life by modeling health and happiness. I am also a Christian wich helps this too. But my martial arts life involves training kids and living life in health.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
We are all fitter, healthier, and happier.
