How I Started:
Lost some weight and needed to fill up the loose skin. Weightlifting did the trick.
Why I Love It:
I look 30 years younger and my husband loves it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone I meet notices. My legs and other body parts no longer jiggle, everything is rock solid and I want to keep it that way!
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding but now have the NASA AZ state record for powerlifting and national for bench press. Also top female lifter in the Arizona Senior Olympics.

This is a picture of me at age 50 sporting the 'natural look'. Ugh.

Powerlifting goals:
Bench at least 250 lbs
Curl at least 110 lbs
Squat at least 300 lbs
Deadlift at least 400 lbs
AND do this at a normal bodyweight.

Love the new pictures. Looks like you lost inches around your waist and built more muscle on your arms. You do look a lot younger than 63. Keep it up. Look forward to more new pictures and videos.

I've noticed you've increased on your bench, bicep curls and and barbell rows BIG TIME. You must have seriously worked on your upper body recently. Has your bicep (flexed) increased to 15 or even 16 inches? Also, when will you post more pictures and videos?
P.S.: You are amazing (and sexy)for a woman in her 60'S. Keep it up.
