No prob man. I had fun! We will be hitting legs the next two Sunday afternoons if you want to jump in. I'll let you know what time in the next few days.
Very nice Steven! Congrats on the progress. Taking things to the next level can be difficult, but is most certainly doable. It is hard for me to give advice without knowing much about your eating or training. This week is no good b/c of the Arnold. Very busy weekend, but it will be a blast! Next week is fair game and maybe even this Sunday evening. Let me know when you're free.
Hey Steven, I hope you had a Merry Christmas as well! My workouts have been awesome, but am looking forward to some new stuff in January. Yeah, I'd say that you're looking thick. Shedding some excess body fat and refining your physique would certainly do the trick. Let me know when you want to come down.
Thanks Steven! Let me know if you have any other questions or if I can be of help. Your welcome to come downtown and smash weights with us if you want.
Thanks for the add Steven! How do you like Lifetime and Lifestyles? Good luck training for your first show. Intensity and discipline make all the difference! And of course GO BUCKS!!
You're welcome! Keep your intensity high and your diet clean...make sure you get enough protein/calories for your height and weight and plenty of water. Let us know when you do that competition!
