I have always wonted to get in shape and work out but when i started to do it i always stop but just about two years ago i really got into but the first year was mostly seeing how everything worked and finding a good workout routine that worked for me now i can say i has became a hobby that i enjoy doing.
Why I Love It:
I like to work out because it gives me something to do,something to look forward to, keeps me in good shape, and gives me a good self of steam, also it relaxs me and takes all my stress away.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is really all in the mind and how much you wont it. I have stop a few time for a while but have not done so in a vary long time what keeps me motivated is haveing something to look forward to.
O.k, so my goal is to lift 60 easily in a one arm dumbbell curl, bench press 200 easily, military bench press 120 easily, 50 easily with my triceps, deadlift 250 easy, and lift 100 with my back. My current supplement stack is BSN Syntha-6, SciVation Xtend, Labrada EFA Lean Gold, Higher...
i've been lifting for 3 years and right now my workout routine is chest tris on first day, bis and back the nex and legs and shoulders the third day. and i rest every 3rd or 4th day
