6 Days on, 1 Day Off

3 WORKOUTS

Workout 1: Chest, Triceps
Bench 5x5 (2 suited, 3 non)
Incline 4x5
DB Bench 4x5
Inc DB Flies 4x10
Dips 4x10-25
Tricep Extensions (single & double) 4x10
15 min - 1 hour cardio+abs

Workout 2: Deadlift, Back, Biceps
Deadlifts 5x5 (All lifts suited)
Hyperextensions 4x10
Back extensions 4x10 (Machine)
Lat Pullbacks (DB) 4x5-10
Wide Grip Pullups 4x5-10
Low Rows 4x5-10
Bicep DB Curls - 4x10
Isolation DB Curls(Bicep)-4x10
15 minutes - 1 Hour Cardio

Workout 3: Legs and Shoulders
Squats - 5x5 (All lifts suited + Wrapped)
Hack Squats - 4x5
Inv. Leg Press - 4x5 (farther then parallel)
Lunges - 4x10
Shoulder DB Military Presses - 4x10-15
Deltoid Flies - 4x10-15
Cardio ONLY If during track season

WORKOUTS GO LIKE THIS:
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, OFF
Rinse, Repeat for the next week :)

Began again yesterday - Kept macroes up

Kept macroes as of normal today, finished a deadlift workout and tanning routine yesterday.

The carb crazy day!

Lots of carbs today..... i'm over 300 and it's not even dinner time yet :) No workout except for a small bench set while i checked out the schools weight room (which sucks). The snow has hindered my lifting for the day... AAAAH!

Got snowed into my house, so i couldn't go to the gym today, got pretty good cardio doing work outside though. Kept macronutrients around normal.....350g carbs, 150 protein (kinda low), 50 fat (15 saturated)
