Buick55 Chest, shoulders and tris. Round two for the week on those muscles. Gotta give them a shock to grow and short rest periods to burn that fat!

Buick55 This is the third time getting to 200+ lbs. and every time my bad knees say NO. So gotta drop a little body fat to get under 200 again

  • I have been over 200 three times and every time these knees give me ****, so this time I bulked until they couldn't handle it anymore and now I want to be a low body fat percentage 200. It is more like the 205+ that hurts my knees. I had a hard time getting there too, but you'll get there. Just eat big to grow big. Don't be scared of carbs, just keep them clean. Good luck! And keep me posted on how you're doing and let me know if you need any tips. Am always willing to help if I can.

Buick55 Time to kill back and biceps. Supersets with jump rope in between. Gotta start dropping a couple % of fat.

Oquitlamach Great, thanks man! Ive been going to the gym for more than a year now. Didnt gain much mass. Ive started one of the featured workouts on the site. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size-training.html . Id like to gain some mass. My main issue is that I havent augmented weight without doing less sets. I stret&take creatine.What do you think of the order of sets? Should it be 15, 14, 13, 12.... 15, 12, 13, 14. xxLauraxx Yeah I hear ya, I love the gym that is the easy part, it is the dieting that sucks! It will be good for your body to put on some clean size before it diets cause then you will have more muscle to burn the fat as you cut. Good luck on your bulk :-) Dec 1, 2012 2:18am
