How I am achieving Strength, Health, & Vitality
EXERCISE: Weightlifting: I am currently doing smolov training 5 x 5 and kettlebell swings. mon wed fri I do smolov and kettlebell swings. Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun I study form, strech, yoga, and focus on nutrition. Over the past 4 months My squat has gone from 135# to 305# (5 x 5), my incline bench has gone from 95# to 185# (5 x 5), and my deads from 135# to 225# (5 x 5)
Over the next 13 weeks my goal is to squat 400#, bench 250#, dead 300#
NUTRITION: Nutrition Plan: I eat 60% raw organic whole foods namely veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and super foods like maca, goji berries, aloe vera pulp, iskiate, and cacao. The rest of my foods are steamed, baked, grilled, boiled or fried foods and in that order. I don't microwave even though I have one. I heat up food the old fashioned way on a plate. I eat mostly organic, free range, grass fed cows for meat and dairy, non gmo, no radiation, nothing artificial, ever. If nature didn't make it directly and has a shelf life longer than me, then I don't eat it. I #justeatrealfood, I eat good fats, I eat Low glycemic index carbs until 3 pm each day except post workout, then eat High Glycemic Index carbs with a fat and 40G protein. I do eat the highest quality carbs I can find: quinoa, barley, basmati rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, ezekial bread. Remember, carbs make you grow.
I no longer take supplements and am 100% focused more and more on nutriblasts and raw superfoods than ever before. I still do use creatine (7G po/wo) and test boosters but in moderation; I currently have not taken any supplement for weeks now and my strength gains keep raising.
I have given up whey due to hidden msg content (free glutamic acid http://www.truthinlabeling.org/hiddensources.html) and am using organic whole milk instead. SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Meditation, Prayer, & Sleep
Meditation cleans the mind, releases stress, lowers cortisol therefore keeping one anabolic.
Prayer strengthens the heart and builds faith. Who cannot have faith and achieve a dream?
Sleep is when the mindbody unit rejuvinates, heals, builds muscle, and when testosterone is produced.

Gym Supplements
I have been leaning more towards just eating real food and superfoods rather than supps to build a rock hard body of steel. As I continue my journey studying nutrition to attain my goals, I will gladly share my knowledge and recipes. I am moving towards eating different varieties of proteins such as whole organic eggs, chia seeds, and raw milk rather than relying for whey as I believe it is healthier (no msg)
I am currently working with a chef to produce some original recipes for powerlifters and strongmen who would like to improve their vitality, strength, and health. You are what you eat, and it is my belief that we should always make it from the highest quality, locally grown organic non-GMO foods available. It is crucial that we also enjoy our meals, something that seems to get lost on many who trudge the happy road of building a better life as following specific macros is imo a nightmare. I do work hard to keep it tasty, new, fresh, appealing and of course nutritious by not getting stuck on the same foods day in day out.
I finished my month supply of Sun Warrior Warriror Blend Protein Powder and Activated Barley. I liked these products very much, but they (ugh) aren't the best tasting. I will try the chocolate next time I order. I believe these are the best quality proteins money can buy (all vegan).
