I started working out after my daughter was born. 15 years ago.
I picked up a couple DBs and loved the results I was seeing. I read a lot about bbing, kept working out, and became even more in love with building muscle.
I love the look of a muscular female.
Why I Love It:
I love trying to create a naturaly, beautifully sculpted physique.
Bodybuilding has become my passion!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by me and other female bbers. I motivate myself to challenge myself personally, to push hard to reach my goal of building lean muscles.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed and have placed well in some Competitions.

Oh gosh, there are many of beautiful female athletes, It's hard to name just one.
But I have always wanted a physique like Susanne Niederhauser.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It doesn't bother me...what ever works to get the job done!

hey chicka- I was reading through my workouts and saw a post from you that I had originally missed. I am sorry and hope you didnt think I was ignoring you- Yes I am a trainer at Snap and now I am in Florida working in Estero at a snap. We are mostly a personal training gym but yes the 24 hour thing is a convienece for many people- I do not TRAIN people at 3 am but if I wanted?? Anyway- again- sorry for the miss and hope you are awesome as usual! Maria

Thanks a lot. But I am pretty overweight now and working hard to get rid of it. I have no money for a new competition so I will compete maybe 2010 Autumn. I would love to go spring but no money for that now :)
