Im Buffy, Liberated "GAY" im not a girl,but i blow deep working out.i like working out on my spare time, i do jugging,walking and swimming. because in swimming your using all your body muscles. and im interested in Sports and Health. i want to get shape and losse my baby fats. im just doing the right thing to motivate my self everyday and totally decipline diets.

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program.
