Soo i have been working out regularly for about a month now and can see results in the mirror. I have also stopped taking any kind of thermogenics so my body can catch up. At first the scale went up a few pounds but now it is back down with a loss. I love that they have child care as i think that was my biggest hurtle. Now i can go when i want to and not have to worry about little man. while i pump the iron he is flipping the slide and play kitchen !! Now that i have the bug... Go to BodyBlog
