How I Stay Motivated:
BEING ABLE TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND BE SATISFIED . SELF IMAGE IS YOUR WORST CRITIC AND THE MIRROR DON'T LIE. PLUS LOTS OF ROCK MUSIC FROM MTV2'S ELITE 8.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, training enabled me to get a scholarship by playing football for Butler University. Next,I did what I enjoy and started a fitness business; I have been personal training since my off season in college.My knowledge came from training with pro bodybuilders , Indianapolis Colts Players, wwe wrestlers, yea, I paid my do's and bleed doing it, but you know I learned alot along the way, so now it is time to share it; I hold numerous certifications but I learn just as much with the privilege of training with ,not watching, and learning from these great athletes; they taught me just as much as the books have. I HAVE RESPECT FOR ANYONE WHO TRAINS OR EVEN WALKS THROUGH THE DOORS OF A GYM! DO NOT GET THAT FACT MISCONSTRUED!There are times when I have made comments on here , but they have been meant in a joking manner, but make no mistake about it I do know exactly what I am doing when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Everyone thinks their way is it or there is a magic pill. Well, I just used principles, hardwork and nutrition to achieve my definition in the 81 days of my workout for my dvd. Now, everyone's genetics are different and they grab better at certain applications, however ask yourself how many things you tried by simply reading an article. Well, I am only giving people another method in telling them how I accomplished my goal or getting ripped wether you believe or try it is on you. BUT MY INTENTIONS ARE NOT TO CRITISIZE PEOPLE, BUT TO RESPECT THEM FOR THEIR EFFORTS! I wish to help people scultp their bodies and be happy when they look in the mirror.

this is starting point for getting buffed in 90days. refer to blog entry, as story begins, after years of sweating and bleeding in the gym. I decide to show the world my knowledge after constantly being tested in athletics and in the gym which shaped my life and the saga begins
LOOK NON CARDIO WORKOUT AND BUFFEDOUT IN 81 DAYS... PICS TO PROVE IT; I DID IT; HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ; WELL YOU NEED TO BYE MY DVD I MADE WHILE DOING THIS PROGRAM, COMING IN 2 WEEKS , AND I BELIEVE YOU COUNT 10-12-14 ABS WOW! YES a little sarcasm about the number of abs, but just look and count.

Goal (Long):
GOALS: First and foremost to help others achieve. I wish to share the knowledge about training I have learned over the years. Experience, yes I have plenty I came from being a football player to having stairway abs. I know exactly how to manage nutrition and training to achieve a BMR THAT SUPLTS! Now, I just wish to expand my business and produce more dvds . I will have one out soon, so watch for it; pay attention not only to the workout but it tells a story on getting your bod to work for you. I will prove that I have methods to the madness of arriving at the right metabolism and I did it using what I know; timing is everything! I AM GOING TO GIVE BACK TO OTHER GYM RATS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED. I am not a pro body builder or claim to be but I have trained with olympia competitors, Indianapolis Colts football players, WWE wrestler , all walks of life and have taking a bit of knowledge from all. SO TRAIN HARD ALL YOU GYM RATS! OH, but this " FOOTBALL PLAYER" seems to have alot of body builders as clients. Don't worry I will show you them once dvd is released. YOU KNOW, I THOUGHT, WE AS GYM RATS WERE TO PUSH EACH OTHER NOT TO PULL ANOTHER DOWN.THOUGHT FOR THE DAY :CONCENTRATE ON THY SELF; if you can look in the mirror and jump and nothing jiggles then you're doin it!

Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
I am coordinated so I do it old school by pulse but they do have modern wrist wear for that.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Buff has an excellent treadmill workout for training days and off days, so for all you gym rats I am going to give you the training day ultra performance treadmill routine but do it exactly as I recommend. minute 1 - 4.5 speed - 1.0 incline; minute 2 5.o speed - 1.0 incline; minute 3 - 5.5 speed - 1.0 incline; minute 4 - 6.0 speed - 3.0 incline; minute 5-6 - 5.5 speed - 0.0 incline; minute 7 - 6.5 speed - 4.0 incline; minute 8-9 - 5.5 speed - 0.0 incline; minute 10 - 7.0 speed - 5.0 incline; minute 11 -12 - 5.5 speed - 0.0 incline; minute 13 - 5.0 speed - 1.0 incline; minute 14-15 - 4.5 speed - 0.0 incline; now for those of you that want my ultimate off day treadmill email me kellyeisele@yahoo.com or message me hereBuff has an excellent treadmill workout for training days and off days, so for all you gym rats I am going to give you the training day ultra performance treadmill routine but do it exactly as I reco...more

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
there are numerous great cadio routines , I am only doing cardio on my off days which is 1 day a week but thats all i need and i putting on mass right now, but the most important aspect of cardio is staying at 55% for at least 30 minutes; this way you only burn fat , no muscle, best time in morning on empty stomach, before a contest, twice a day, morning and evening. Well, I started lifting when I started playing college football at Butler University, and the reason being I was getting my butt kicked all over the field. See, in high school, I out ran everyone, but in college players were as fast and faster.lol I lifted according to the football strength...
