Damn girl, look at those LEGS!! Wow, awesome work! They look GREAT! I think they already look perfect, nice amount of muscle mass and I can see the definition in your quads! Wow, nice job! (I need to check in more often, heh).

Hers was on Tue the 15th. LOL, yeah, we had a smash cake! I bought a cute little cake at Walmart for $3.50 and let her have at it. Then of course I had hubby videotape the event. I did the same with my son only we accidentally recorded over it, waaaahhh! Glad to hear your diastasis recti is better!

Thanks, I need to get some new photos posted, just been too lazy lately to get them taken, heh. I think I'm getting pretty close to 18% bodyfat now, my mid-section has really improved over the last month and I'm seeing a lot of shoulder definition as well.

Thanks for the positive rep! I'm really hoping that many can learn from the information posted. I learned a lot of what I know from a guy on a BB board years ago so I'm wanting to do the same for others now.

Sure am, hoping to get down to 18% though. Hubby's been measuring my bodyfat via 7 point skinfolds for YEARS now. When he and I first started measuring each other back in 2000, we compared our results with an experienced personal trainer to make sure we were taking accurate measurements. One hint is that it should HURT when you get pinched, at least in some places anyway!

Thanks for the pic comment, but oh my, are you kidding me, what lats? I don't have any, or barely any and I sure can't flex what I do have worth a darn, LOL! I have worked really hard on my shoulders though and it worked! I think my long torso makes it more difficult for me to get the lats.

Well, I'm still just doing core exercises, I think I've pretty much resigned from the typical ab exercises cause I really want my waist back, it was 27 inches before weight training. As for your problem/concern, honestly, I'm underqualified for this, if you were my client I would advise you to go get it checked cause I really don't think it's normal especially after 9 months.

Just thought I'd say hello to a fellow skater! :) Saw your posts on the benching thread. I'm an inline speed skater. I was invited onto a newly forming roller derby team when I lived in NC but declined cause it would interfere too much with my speed skating.

Aw, thanks! My advice to you is to get your diet right and lift heavy! That's all I do, I just eat right and lift heavy. I also inline speed skate altho there was a time I got down to 18% bodyfat without speed skating, I did minimal cardio then. Good luck!
