Congrats on your shoot! The key is consistency the week before the shoot. Eat and drink the same amount all week and you'll be able to know exactly how you will look on your shoot day. Expel and diuretics have always flattened me out. If you want to lower your sodium just the day before and the day of the shoot, that would be fine.
If you train each bodypart once per week, add in a second day of light chest training about 3 or 4 days after your first chest workout. Train all other bodyparts only 1x per week.
Hi Ryan. It all depends on how hard you trianing, remember rest = growth. I would have to say once a week, hit it hard, eat and rest. Make sure you train for growth not lifting weight for the

For a natural athlete, it would be hard to train each bodypart 2x per week. If you reduce your volume at each session and eat a lot of calories then you can give it a try.
You can always boost your testosterone a bit higher. Most natural supplements can only boost your total and free testosterone so much. The biggest jump I have see on a blood test is about 100ng/dl with the super miraforte product in my page. I have my blood work done, so I know how everything affects me.

Astaxanthin is a carotonoid from seaweed. It is very good for the eyes and also inflammation. However, if you were to choose one anti-oxidant, you should choose lipoic acid because it recycles the other antioxidants in your body (vit E, C and coq10). Also it help with insulin sensitivty. The r-dihydro lipoic acid is the best on the market.

There is not one ingredient in stacker 3xplc that will eat away your muscle. You will only lose muslce when you diet if you don't eat enough protein, or cut your calories too drastically. You are going to lose weight...but you will look bigger with less bodyfat.
