Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I am tall and I was tired of being lanky. I always had a little dream of being a model. Which made me want to get my body right so i can start modeling during college.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i like the results and i like the feeling of being big

wesjh You gotta eat like crazy if you want to see Mass Gains. I'm talking 5-6 meals a day...also changing your workout completely could help you see some gains. Your body is probably used to your regular workout program if you haven't changed it yet :-/ also get at least 40g of protein into your body right when you wake up, a shake when you get up. Eggs, steak, roast chicken, tuna, nuts, pasta. Anything with healthy carbs, calories and protein :) May 30, 2011 3:19am
