ime to GET LEAN and VERY MEAN!...Heading to the gym for fasting cardio~ 10 min elliptical; 20 min interval run; 10-20 mins on bike
I was fat and flabby after having 4 kids in 4 years--and decided to prove that you CAN BE BUFF and BEAUTIFUL after having kids, and went on to win 5 figure titles the next year
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am in control of how my body looks and feels.
How I Stay Motivated:
By encouraging others and constantly building momentum towards my goals. Right now I am having several photoshoots, so being in TOP form for the summer is my goal.

Description: These are great for isolating your GLUTES...Starting Position: Feet 6"wider than Shoulder width. Feet at least 1.5 to 2 feet infront of the bar. Go down low to where you butt stretches. It is important to go as low as is that is comfortable. Push up through your heels and squeeze your butt at the top of the motion. And hold for 2 counts.

It Was going to be in rockford il. now it looks like otawa il in april...no shows really avail after nov in the midwest. I was not sticking to my diet and just not ready for the stage so my showtime is postponed:(
