I was fat and flabby after having 4 kids in 4 years--and decided to prove that you CAN BE BUFF and BEAUTIFUL after having kids, and went on to win 5 figure titles the next year

How I Stay Motivated:
By encouraging others and constantly building momentum towards my goals. Right now I am having several photoshoots, so being in TOP form for the summer is my goal.

Description: These are great for isolating your GLUTES...Starting Position: Feet 6"wider than Shoulder width. Feet at least 1.5 to 2 feet infront of the bar. Go down low to where you butt stretches.
