I was fat and flabby after having 4 kids in 4 years--and decided to prove that you CAN BE BUFF and BEAUTIFUL after having kids, and went on to win 5 figure titles the next year

I love knowing that I am in control of how my body looks and feels.
How I Stay Motivated:
By encouraging others and constantly building momentum towards my goals. Right now I am having several photoshoots, so being in TOP form for the summer is my goal.

First BuffMother photoshoot ever! My twins (3rd and 4th babies by c-section) were only 13months when this was taken.

I have a photoshoot set for mid May...and then again for mid June!! I always shoot to look my best for my birthday (june 14th)...so I am working hard towards that goal.
I am very happy with how I look an feel right now, and maintenance through this BUSY time in my life is crucial.
My goal is to lift 3-4 days each week and get in at least 2 intervals sessions...all of which should be easy. The harder aspect is my diet. I need to focus on eating to perform in life. LOTS of protein, greens and healthy carbs.
Description: These are great for isolating your GLUTES...Starting Position: Feet 6"wider than Shoulder width. Feet at least 1.5 to 2 feet infront of the bar. Go down low to where you butt stretches. It is important to go as low as is that is comfortable. Push up through your heels and squeeze your butt at the top of the motion. And hold for 2 counts.

I really value EXCITEMENT! Isn't it fun to be excited? Getting excited doesn't always happen by accident, we have to go after it and stir ourselves up for things. Excitement is one of the coolest emotions...think about how FUN it...
You have so many cute swimsuits. What stores do you find them at. I need a little larger top than bottom, and have a hard time finding bikinis sold seperatly.
