Overall Goal:  I want to turn my body into a powerhouse! I don't want to get massive muscles but I want to lean out, cut up, decrease body fat and compete next year.

How I Started:
I go back and forth a lot with working out. I tease myself for a while at the gym and life gets hectic and I find it hard to continue my work outs. This time it's different! I am determined and have set goals and can't wait to follow through!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling! It sets my mood and helps manage my stresses.
