When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

lost all my weight the bad way, dropped to 120#'s no muscle and got my butt whooped. joined the gym and every since than haven't stopped going.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love seeing the muscle improvement and the feeling after lifting.
